IT company looking for a support desk engineer to work with our established, growing firm! This is a full-time position supporting hardware and software for our clients.
You must have expertise in the following:
Virus/spyware removal and detection
SmartPhones - configuring with email
Configuring email accounts (Exchange, POP/IMAP, web based)
Printers - networked and local
PC Operating Systems - backup, re-installation
These credentials move you to the top of the list:
Labtech and Connectwise experience
4 year degree
You will work daily under experienced engineers. Unlimited potential to grow into Level 3 network engineer. Will pay for certifications.
Must be well organized, very professional and friendly on the phone, highly efficient and motivated.
